Normally 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended.  Heavier travel times such as the College Academic School Year can book up very fast.  Your best bet is to call our offices or fill out our charter quote request form for more details.

Yes, 1 of our full size coaches has a wheelchair lift and securements for up to 2 wheelchairs.

Yes, food and non-alcoholic drinks with drink tops on the charter bus rental are permitted. We supply trash bags, and request that the coach is kept picked-up for the group's comfort.

No, Swarthout Coaches has a no smoking policy while on the coach. If your group wishes to smoke, we will be glad to make rest stops as needed.

That's the beauty of chartering a motor coach, we come to you. We can pick you up where ever you want (for the most part, some exceptions apply) and take you directly to your destination.

Yes, all of our motor coaches are restroom equipped.

All of our coaches are equipped with DVDs, AM FM radios, PA systems, reclining seats, individual reading lights, Free Wi/Fi and of course air conditioning. Feel free to bring your favorite videos to watch while traveling.

All of our busses have ample space under the coach to carry your luggage.  The charter buses also have overhead compartments inside the coach for a carry-on bag.

If you wish to give the driver a gratuity, it is at the customer's discretion.

The drivers normally takes care of their own meals, though if you wish to include the driver in group meals that is appreciated. We typically take care of the driver's lodging, as it is beneficial to have the driver at the same hotel as the group.
